The Contact Preference screen allow you to add, edit or delete contacts associated to your account(s). To use this feature you will need to ensure you are registered for online access and further details relating to registration can be found here.
You can subscribe to receive marketing from BOC or update your marketing preferences within the Contact Preference screen. Please note: To subscribe to BOC marketing via Contact Preferences, you will need an online account where you can place orders for multiple locations or view and pay invoices. If you do not see an option to add a Sales & Marketing contact online, you can upgrade your account. within My Account Profile or alternatively contact us via Live Chat.
