Direct Debit is a convenient, automated method of paying your bills. BOC’s Direct Debit customers gain five extra days of credit and avoid additional fees (non-Direct Debit fee is £5.00 ex. VAT per invoice).
You can set up or amend Direct Debit within ‘My Account Profile’ under the welcome message (see screenshot) or sign in to get to the Direct Debit tab straight away. If you are a new user, you will need to register first.
If a Direct Debit fails a charge of £25 may be applied to your account, we will request the funds from your bank again on the 13th of the following month. If the Direct Debit fails again, a further fee may be applied and we will cancel Direct Debit from your account. You should pay your invoice by another method as soon as you can to avoid any late payment charges.
