Delivery charges

Delivery charges appear on your invoice as ‘Fixed charges’.

Sureserve (dispense gas) delivery charges

Drinks dispense gas delivery is free if your delivered order value is for £66 incl. VAT or more. Deliveries with an order value of less than £66 incl. VAT are charged at £30 incl. VAT per delivery.

Medical cylinder gas delivery charges

Our standard cylinder delivery charge for medical gases is £105.54 incl. VAT.

All other cylinder gas delivery charges

Our standard cylinder delivery charge is £105.54 incl. VAT.

From 10th October 2022 any restrictions to our standard delivery window (07:30 to 17:00) will see an increase to your current delivery charge.

Non-standard requirements will incur a charge of £1.50 (incl. VAT) per 30 mins of average daily delivery constraint. This will be added to your normal fixed charge per order. e.g. if you specify 07:30 - 12:00 and 12:00 - 15:00 Mon to Fri, this is an average of 4 x 30 mins of constraint (15:00-17:00) per day, so 4 x £1.50 = £6.00 (Incl. VAT) will be added to your normal delivery charge. There is a minimum charge of £6.00 (Incl. VAT) for any delivery window restrictions. BOC reserves the right to not accept delivery windows shorter than 4 hours.

Delivery windows are fixed on your account for all deliveries to your address and delivery charges may vary between sites. To change a delivery window please contact us via live chat or on 0800 111 333.

We always look to improve our service and continue to invest in our transport network, but increases to labour and fuel costs mean that our focus is firmly on efficiency. To maintain an efficient service, we need to operate with minimal restrictions to our standard delivery window, which is from 07:30 to 17:00.

Equipment delivery charges

Delivery is free of charge if you spend over £60 incl. VAT, and standard delivery is £6 incl. VAT.
