If you pay your cylinder rental monthly, you pay per month in arrears. As such we will issue your final months rental invoice at the end of the month that the cylinders are returned.

If you pay your cylinder rental annually and have an outstanding bill please contact us via live chat or contact form so we can advise regarding your final balance.

If you pay your cylinder rental annually and have no outstanding bills, following the return of your cylinders our system will return any unused months rental you have paid as a credit note on your account. Once received, please contact us via live chat or contact form with your Bank Account Number and Sort Code and we will arrange a refund.

Once all cylinders have been returned and the final balance is settled, your account will be closed. Thank you for your business and take care.
